Please tick the box to agree to these Terms & Conditions of Booking About Your Money-Back Guarantee Ensuring you have a fun, exciting and memorable wedding is of paramount importance to me, which is why I guarantee you will love every service I provide — or your money back. 1) I will set up before you and your guests arrive, play at the times agreed, and vacate the premises within one hour after the end of the performance, following the dismantling and removal of my equipment. 2) I will play music in accordance with your playlist and the genres you want. 3) If you are booking me for either the Ultimate Wedding Experience! or Eat, Drink & Love Music Circle package, I would be very grateful to receive a hot meal at the same time as your guests, as I will be onsite for around 12 hours in total before, during and after your celebration. 4) Final Balance: The remaining 80% balance of your booking fee is due and payable no later than 14 days before your wedding date. 5) Cancellation: In the unlikely event that you have to cancel your wedding within two calendar months of your wedding date, the full fee will be due. 6) Booking Fee & Date Changes: Because I will be turning other couples away for your date, your 20% booking fee is non-refundable. However, should you need to move your wedding due to an unexpected event, I will transfer your booking to another date I have available at no additional cost.
